Founder & Director

Kealiah Randolph is the Founder and Director of Keyz Klique, where she provides overall leadership, program direction, and vision for the organization. She oversees dancer development, operations, community partnerships, and organizational growth while ensuring the program remains structured, supportive, and mission driven. Through her leadership, Kealiah is committed to empowering youth to stay focused on their dreams by building discipline, confidence, and leadership through majorette dance.

Tia Coleman

Secretary

Serves as secretary for Keyz Klique supporting organizational operations through accurate record keeping, communication coordination, and administrative support. She plays a key role in ensuring documentation, schedules, and internal processes are organized up to date.

Ryan Williams Bailey

Coach

Serves as coach for Keyz Klique, Supporting dancer development through instruction, mentorship, and performance prep. He works closely with the coaching team to reinforce discipline, teamwork, and confidence while helping dancers grow their skills on and off the floor. Ryans dedication and willingness to volunteer his time plays an important role in creating a positive and structured environment for the team.

Dominique Mitchell

Youth Development & Mentorship Coordinator

Dominique supports the personal growth and development of Keyz Klique dancers by providing mentorship, encouragement, and guidance both on and off the dance floor. She helps reinforce positive behavior, confidence, and goal setting while supporting a safe and structured environment for all participants. Dominique’s role strengthens the organization’s mission to empower youth to stay focused on their dreams.

Alysia Moore

Parent Liaison

Alysia Moore serves as the Parent Liaison for Keyz Klique, acting as a supportive connection between families and the organization. She assists with communication, helps address parent questions or concerns, and supports the coordination of schedules, expectations, and important updates. Alysia’s role helps ensure families feel informed, supported, and engaged in their child’s experience with the team.
